Refund policy

Personalised items (name, date or city added to your order) cannot be returned or refunded because they are made to order for you.

If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or we printed the wrong name, email info@sergenhome.co.uk within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund.

Change of mind, wrong size chosen, or a name you later wish you had written differently is not covered.

Delivery: made in London and dispatched in 5–7 working days. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier.
